All payments for Context Magnet are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the United States) or Paddle.com Inc (for customers in the United States), acting as our Merchant of Record. This means:
- Paddle handles all payment processing and refunds
- Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method
- Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For New Subscribers
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with Context Magnet within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
To qualify:
- Your request must be made within 14 days of your first subscription payment
- This guarantee applies only to your first subscription period
- The guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals
How to Request Your Refund

- Include your account email and the reason for your refund request
- We will process your request within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method
- Refund processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, as required by the Consumer Rights Directive.
Important Notice About Digital Content
By subscribing to Context Magnet and beginning to use the service (including connecting your website, uploading documents, or using the AI assistant), you acknowledge that:
- You have requested immediate access to digital content
- You consent to immediate performance of the service
- You understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the service
If you have not yet used the service, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us within 14 days of purchase.

Subscription Renewals
Automatic Renewal
Context Magnet subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. We do not provide refunds for:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Partial billing periods after voluntary cancellation
- Unused time on canceled subscriptions
Preventing Unwanted Renewals
To avoid being charged for a renewal:
- Cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal date
- You can cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting support
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
Plan Changes
Upgrades
When you upgrade your plan:
- The change takes effect immediately
- You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
- No refund is issued for the original plan
Downgrades
When you downgrade your plan:
- The change takes effect at your next billing period
- You retain your current plan features until then
- No refund is issued for the difference in plan prices
Capacity Pack Purchases
Additional capacity packs purchased to increase your limits (domains, messages, etc.) are:
- Non-refundable once applied to your account
- Subject to the same 14-day guarantee if purchased with a new subscription
- Retained until the end of your billing period if you cancel
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Subscription renewals
- Partial months after cancellation
- Capacity pack add-ons (after the 14-day period)
- Failure to use the service
- Change of mind after the 14-day period
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Accounts terminated for fraudulent activity
- Technical issues on your end (browser compatibility, network issues)
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside our standard policy in cases of:
Service Unavailability
If our service experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that materially affects your use, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we will promptly refund the incorrect amount.
Double Charges
If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Medical or Hardship Situations
In cases of documented medical emergencies or significant hardship, please contact our support team. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Delay in resolving your issue
- Account suspension pending investigation
- Ineligibility for future refunds
